We are doing our very best to get #dandeloin working before this new release but its looking like TX's in some case are not getting there for ages.This would not be practical for users so if we can't get it this time we will keep it on testnet and roll out without it. #segwit

Could be simply down to the differences in bespoke implementation of LevelDB and serialisation in the old client.

When you run 2.7 over 2.6 it reindexes the blocks, this can take a while, in fact it's quicker to delete the blocks and download the blockchain again. We will take a look into why a reindex gets triggered and if there's a way around it.

2.7 is on the XBC repo but without Dandelion due to TXs not getting confirmed with Dandelion turned
